1. About Us
The Band Sumiran ("we", "the band") operates this website to sell tickets to our live devotional music events and to accept private show booking enquiries across India.
2. Tickets
Each confirmed booking is issued a unique ticket code (and QR) delivered on-screen and by email. A valid ticket code admits the number of persons stated on the ticket category. Entry may be denied for duplicated, tampered or resold codes. Kids below 12 years are free and do not require a ticket unless stated otherwise for a specific event.
3. Payments
Ticket prices are in Indian Rupees and processed securely via Razorpay. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment; unpaid orders are not held.
4. Event Changes
Event date, time, venue or lineup may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Reasonable notice will be given via email/SMS to registered attendees. If an event is cancelled by us, see our Refund Policy.
5. Private Shows
Private show bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 50% advance. The balance is payable on the day of the event. For events outside Hyderabad, travel and hospitality are arranged and borne by the client. The client arranges the sound system as per our technical rider and provides a drum kit.
6. Conduct
Our events are devotional gatherings. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour disrupts the event, without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — music, videos, photographs and artwork — belongs to The Band Sumiran and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, personal injury, or loss of belongings at events, except where caused by our proven negligence.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having exclusive jurisdiction.
