When you book a ticket or send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, city, event details and message. Payment details are processed directly by Razorpay — we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
2. How We Use It
We use your details to issue tickets and confirmations, communicate about your event or enquiry, and — only if you agree — share updates about upcoming shows. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
3. Third Parties
We share the minimum necessary data with Razorpay (payments) and SendGrid (email delivery) purely to fulfil your booking. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.
4. Data Retention
Booking and enquiry records are retained for accounting and event-management purposes and are deleted on request, subject to legal obligations.
5. Your Rights
You may ask us to view, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to us via the Contact page.
6. Security
We use HTTPS encryption and restrict access to personal data to authorised band management only.
